Red Velvet Cookies
1 box red velvet cake mix
2 eggs
1/4 cup shortening(margarine)
1 tablespoon water
1 cup flour
Mix all ingredients EXCEPT flour. Roll in small balls. Place ball in flour, only to get the bottom covered to prevent cookies from sticking. Place on lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 7-10 minutes

Angel Cookies (Chocolate and Butterscotch Chip)
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Ingredients:
2 3/4 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 cup butter
3/4 c sugar
3/4 c sugar
3/4 c packed brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips
1 1/2 cups butterscotch chips
Directions:
1. In a small bowl add flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
2. Beat butter, sugar, and brown sugar together until smooth.
3. Add in vanilla extract.
4. Add eggs in one at a time and beat until creamy.
5. Slowly blend in flour, baking soda, and salt mixture until all is added.
6. Mix in all chips with a spoon.
7. Drop on ungreased cookie sheets by the spoonful, and bake for 10 minutes at 375 degrees or until golden brown.
